Aparnaa Jadhav is a Relationship Resilience Coach, Author, and Maharashtra Ratna Awardee, celebrated for her transformative work in helping women rise from the pain of divorce into empowered, purpose-driven lives. After walking her own journey of rebuilding life as a single mother, she created the “Breakdown to Breakthrough Mastery” framework — a blend of emotional healing, mindset transformation, and practical empowerment that has guided countless women toward strength, stability, and self-love. Aparnaa is also the founder of The Cocoon and Wings of Change, platforms dedicated to emotional wellness and conscious living.
